windshield washer system issue

I recently had the front half of my 4C wrapped. They wrapped around the edges of the body panels and the car does look great. However, now my washer fluid doesn't spray the windshield. It looks like when they wrapped the xpel around the top of the hood they broke the windshield washer system.

The washer reservoir is full, there's no washer warning on the dash, I can hear the washer fluid pump pumping when I pull the stalk, but no fluid comes out on the windshield. There is some fluid squirting out near the refill spout (under the 4-screw mesh). Could the xpel application process have clogged the washer sprayers?

Have any of you had similar problems? The washer fluid cap is on correctly and does not seem damaged. I wish we could open our own hoods so I could take a look myself.

Thanks,

The jets are under the hood, 3 on either side of the windshield wiper.

After looking at the under-hood photo from: http://4c-forums.com/12-appearance-body/3842-under-bonnet-hood.html I think I narrowed it down to one of 3 issues:

1) They blocked the jets somehow, and when I went to use the washers the pressure caused the hose to slip off (thus explaining the spray of fluid I see under the mesh). I'll have to unblock the jets and figure out a way to reattach the hose. I wish we could open our hoods.
2) They snagged the hose and just unplugged it. I wish we could open our hoods.
3) They accidentally cut the hose.

I'm guessing that they removed the hood to do the wrap, and when they put it back on they either left the tubing disconnected, or it became dislodged when they put the hood back on.

I'm pretty sure that the w/washer nozzles are attached to the underside of the hood and come off with it. I seem to recall when reading the manual with regard to removing the hood, that it mentions to disconnect the hose as the hood is lifted off.

And yes, it is bolted on.

The wrap people called me and told me that they removed the hood and must have forgotten to reconnect the washer line. They said I could bring it in today and they'd fix it, I thanked them for their prompt reply and told them I was able to fix it myself. Good group of people owning up to the mistake.
