I would be curious on the details too, but I did find this page which I'm pretty sure is the one referenced. Many details there and quote options - https://www.chryslerfactoryplans.com/

2017 white, Akrapovic exhaust, leather trimmed interior, track package, coupe convenience group, 18/19 dark 5 hole wheels, carbon fiber mirrors, bi-xenon lights, black racing leather/microfiber seats and factory protective film.

From the website it looks like it may be available for an out-of-warranty vehicle, at about 3 times the regular price of a vehicle with a current factory warranty in place.

It's quite likely there is a 0/88 plaque out there somewhere

I was the 2nd person in Australia to place a deposit on a 4C.
Actually the plaque does represent something..Quite a few LE's didn't come with the numbered Plaques due to the laziness of dealers not ordering them.

I happened to dig very deep into FCA and now know the fellow in charge of allocating the plaques out and where they are made.

Speaking to the fellow who made them, all 88 were made and sent out to the dealers. There's is no 0/88...I have the print out from the manufacture.

The plaques are married up to the Vin/chassis number. I helped quite a few fellows get their missing plaque. Give me the VIN and you get your allocated number mine is #19.

There was 88 delivered, although one was heavily water damaged on the way here..so it went back to Italy and another was sent. Technically yes 89 were sent, but one went back.

Two have been written off, so only 86 at this stage exist in Australia.
4Calgary, foleydb and Alfanut like this.

Well, I will not be acquiring LE #5 in the USA. After having a PPI completed, there were items identified that prevented me from moving forward.

The hunt continues.

I passed on that one earlier this year due to cosmetic condition alone + lack of warranty. The options were to add very limited warranties (not "exclusionary" warranties) and getting a true certification + OE warranty was going to cost big dollars.

Good thing you got the PPI done...

Good luck it is WELL worth it to get one in the end. Loving my LE.
