Launch Edition Directory

Hi everyone,

I'm in the market for a 4C and actually pending a purchase of a '15 Launch Edition 5 of 500. Does anyone know where vehicles 1-4 are located? I heard they were no longer in the United States, but not sure how that could be verified. I contact Alfa Romeo and pending a response.

Thanks!

4C Owners List. should open to LE page.

Appears that rumours abound as to the whereabouts of the first few LE’s. I sincerely doubt that Alfa Romeo will tell you much.

What’s your interest?

Note that LE’s did not roll off the line or appear here in numerical order.
Also, there are at least two other #1, etc on the planet.

LE#005/500 (US) is a Rosso Alfa color 4C purchased by "Stephen Williams" (not a Forum Member that I can find) of Houston, TX. He purchased it new from Alfa Romeo of Huntsville in Huntsville, AL, on an unknown date, but very likely in December 2014 or January 2015. We don't have the VIN in the 4C Owners List.

#016/500.

Awesome that a list is ongoing. I tried searching for a directory on here, but guess I wasnít using the right key words.

I interest was just that it would be awesome to have the lowest LE in the USA. I too doubt I will hear back from Alfa Romeo, it worth a try.

The vehicle is getting a PPI now, but it is out of warranty. Iím kind of concerned about that, but I can buy the Zeigler warranty still.

Iíll keep you all posted!

That was one of 3 cars I had it narrowed to. It was one of the reasons I put up a post on whether a very low LE # means anything value-wise (to get a sense from owners here at least).

Owner was quite pleasant to deal with. The dealbreakers for me personally were simply cosmetic condition (based on detailed photos only) and lack of factory warranty.

What was the cosmetic condition? Iím flying out to see the car later this week. I was told there were some stone chips in the front, but that was about it.

I too was concerned about warranty, but Iíll buy a 2-year plan through Ziegler.

Purely the stone chips. The car otherwise looked greats from photos only!

Seller seems a good guy, good luck!

I have passed up on on several cars due to substantial stone chip damage.
