They are called Element E50 and E100 in US. I was doing some research when I saw this post. I couldn't find any independent reviews. At the end I'll keep the extinguisher I already have. I have some of the concerns as this guy (ease of use when stressed or by someone else helping you - also distance from the fire may be an issue):

. Or I get one and keep it together with the extinguisher...
