Title pretty much says it all. I am in Northern Baltimore County, and have gone to the Owings Mills, MD dealership in the past for 2 quick things, but they recently closed that dealership, so I am left to choose between the ones in Washington DC, and Mechanicsburg, PA. I expect the DC locations will be pricey, and are further for me than the one up in PA, so was curious if anyone had any experience with the shop in Mechanicsburg. I had pretty good service when I went to the Owings Mills shop (just for some basic stuff), and was told they had 2 trained 4C techs there. No idea if they are still there but working at the FIAT dealership, or moved elsewhere. I am anticipating getting the timing belt changed by next Summer, and that is why I wanted to get others input.

And while I know people here prefer 3rd party shops, I know of none in the Baltimore area that work on 4C's. I did ask the Owner at Ratcliff in Owings Mills if he works on them (he does lots of work on, Ferraris, Lamborghinis, and vintage Alfas), but at this time he does not.

I bought my car there, never had it serviced there though. Not for any particular reason, I just do everything myself. They have sold other 4c's other than mine, however, and I do know they have a tech trained for a 4c.

I have had good experiences with the Faulkner Alfa Romeo/ Maserati in Willow Grove. They hired one of the 4C specialists, from the former Thompson dealership in Doylestown, who really knows his stuff.

FWIW: Faulkner in Willow Grove, PA is my service center, just a mile from home, and they've had my car twice and I am very satisfied. They were even happy to listen to the TCM issue solve from the forums and consider it. I expect they'll be doing my cam belt service and slapping on some tires (extremely competitive on price) before spring.

Thanks for the feedback. It seems Faulkner has 2 dealerships in PA, and the one I would be using is in Mechanicsburg, which is just west of Harrisburg.

Yep... acknowledged, because feedback offered for other Faulkner locations should speak to their standards overall.
