My daughter Madison had her year 12 graduation yesterday. Can’t believe how much my baby has grown up. Escorted her with the other lovely lady to La Montage.

Congratulations, Mark. A lovely young lady. How’d the HSC go? Plans for Uni? Got my younger one, Andy doing it next year and can already see a change in his demeanour. Tough slog.

Congratulations Madison :)

Reading replies, I’m starting to see a pattern here... I have four daughters 12 -16, all heartbreakers. 4C ownership and abundant beautiful female offspring seem to correlate!?
That’s awesome Floro.

But you don’t know now with this young generation. Lol

Great career choice too. Our niece graduated with a first class degree in sports physio at Hertfordshire University.
She did work experience with Saracens (Pro) Rugby team and now works for premiership football team Arsenal FC.
The money she is on is nuts. Just 5 years since starting Uni she is at the top of her game. Incredible achievement already, so proud.

Excellent, Brains too! My Mitch has just about finished his 4 yr Landscape Architecture degree there. Good Uni. Apart from first year, he enjoyed it.

Clongratulations Madison.

What a lovely proud Dad moment for you Mark and a lasting memory for you with your beautiful daughter with your 4C.

Only two daughters myself as I was sticking to the 2+2 sports car limit.

Cheers,

Alf.

"Crazy Sicilian'' is 100% redundant.
Phil. Lucky we have strict gun laws here in Australia. 😂😂😂
As a child growing up I was fascinated reading about all the history of thecrime families in the US.
Glad that is all behind us now. We have other problems in the world to cope with.
At least our 4c gives us a break from reality when we need it. Especially with this COVID 😐

Belongs inthe “Beautiful Women and the 4C” thread. Because it’s true.

Growing up? I understand that you blink and this happens.

Lovely.
I agree....this should be in the beautiful women and 4C thread. I have 5 kids....two of the are girls. One is married and I have two grandkids by her. My other daughter is about to graduate from NYU with a Masters in Behavioral Neural Science...will be a brain scientist. I get that comment all the time....."Obvious they got their brains and looks from their mother." Well I guess they got the money for college from dad so that counts too ;)

Zero-political 2 cents here: Love crazy dads... I dream of growing a zeus white beard and hair, bench 300+ for when my eventual daughters bring some poor scrawnies in.
Seeing lots of gun references, which might've worked in the 90's, but today kids come with their own walmart special and much call-of-duty-trained thug friends (really? You haven't noticed?). The best way to impress crazy dad on the new tides is actually the Alfa, or your most expensive toys.
Anger is the handle that media, politicians, and dads will have left to make today's desensitized, robotic masses (they know this well... It's the surprisingly larger pandemic) do whatever they want. Even this gets increasingly numb.
The classics are what's new again, then. Show them the good life your family nonchalantly enjoys, show them what a great dad is, how supported and loved your children are. Then the young guns become gymnasts to impress you... Like actually sticking to that 11pm curfew and actually listening to your gurl rather than seeing her mouth move as they imagine what pornhub taught them. They will want to join your gang, be in your house.

-And that puts them in your pocket. Admiration and being a role model is the strongest pull, and is the best "gieger counter" test to the toxicity of any guy: how little or how much they respect you will show you quickly, and without awkward questions/dialogue, how toxic or normal they will be for your loved one. If they straight disrespect your asks and "house rules" (given you're sane or not a strict cult soldier), then they are just more entitled, ignorant trash (then hopefully that shotgun won't be involved) - All that will be left is educating your daughter, as you have been, that there's more to a real man than abs, looks, a guitar, etc, and that they deserve a world better, aim higher. The world is a big place, overpopulated, so finding better that will appreciate them is an eternal opportunity, never give up, never settle. Unless you want to, then keep to those vows, that's what the point is (sometimes ppl want to settle, fatigue happens even to forged chromoly eventually, no hate there).
