I'm proposing to start a thread about cars which seem priced attractively.

I'd like to start with this one (no affiliation whatsoever) which probably many of you have noticed when checking the blue car on eBay. Seems like very good value to me at $43k if there are no stories, can probably be had for a price with a 3 handle if you want to haggle a bit.

The same guy ran the same scam a couple months ago. I contacted him and he sent me pictures of a car that sold on bring a trailer and then claimed he was a doctor in the Netherlands or something in the car is actually in the Netherlands. He wanted some wire situation. it’s a scam.

I haven’t contacted him this time but it was exactly the same black coupe, wrong vin, 160 thousand miles listed

I didn’t post it here until I fully acknowledged to myself that I couldn’t make it happen. I’m reasonably sure someone will make it happen this weekend.

I’ll get one someday.

They have been sitting on it for over 2 months and winter is basically here now... Oh, and the dealer has a (bad) reputation for adding on mystery fees at the end of the transaction. In addition to those items the used car market is getting a lot looser, as they say. (Don't tell anyone here that they're cars are worth less - they only see the upside to purchasing high. I, uh, yeah. Well, that's not what the markets are saying. I like the car but I don't see any reason why when the broader market is going down it wouldn't.)

I like the wheels,
I think they look good on a black car, and the silver accents on the wheel go good with the graphics my car.
