Door card removal?

Is it easy? Can someone tell me before I start how the popper fixings work? Does something go inside these poppers or do these poppers go inside a hole on the door?

do the above nibs go inside these holes in the door? -

I can't see what holds them in the holes 🙄

Nice... but how do the panels grip the door ?
Errata corrige! No. they are black!

So looks like they are sleeves which the pegs push into and grab hold ?

I struggle with delicate materials, often I can't crack an egg properly because I'm too gentle, the membrane remains intact 😔😄
There are 7 plastic push pins that hold the door panel on. Your first photo shows where the pin attaches, they mount to the door panel, and push in to the black sleeves highlighted in the other photo. Also 4 bolts for the door pull, one in the door handle cup, and one towards the rear of the door panel, underneath a trim piece.
Ok 👌, thanks, so basically I take the handle bolts off, the hidden one off, then start pulling at the bottom front corner, will it come off quite easily? Should I use a pallette knife? Also refitting, you just push it ball back on ?
What are you doing @goldmax
I’ll be doing my speakers soon and adding red nylon door pulls.
Swapping to the ones I've had carbon hydro dipped, see the thread (dipping in UK )

That first photo you posted is missing the push-pin. There's a plastic push-pin with nibs that grab on to the holes in the door to hold the panel. The push-pin sides into the key slot on the door card (so they are removable and can be replaced) and is held tightly, then you fasten the card by aligning the pins with the black door holes and pushing until it's held securely.

It comes off reasonably easy, but I'd recommend using a plastic trim removal (prybar type) tool to assist. By getting the tool under the door card as close as you can to where the push-pin is and prying, you pop the pin straight out. It comes out easier and isn't damaged that way. If you don't pry with a tool or be very careful to remove the card slowly and evenly on all sides, you can put sideways force on the pins that can twist or damage them.
Great stuff thank you, I was struggling to see how it works, now I know so will tackle this over the weekend, so I use my existing pins on my cards , makes sense now .

If you pull straight off, the pins should be reusable. They can take some abuse and still work fine. I bought a few replacements (someone had removed the driver's card before and broke a pin in half, and also lost the cover to the door handle screw) but used most of the old pins.
I just bought these 👍

It needs the double nail head so it can slide sideways and lock in to the key slot in the door card. Kind of hard to describe, but you'll see when you remove it. The pic I just posted is the correct part.
Are these them , seem to be same number OEM ??

It was stressful so doing the other one tomorrow, having a beer now, it was easy but you are always worried something might go wrong.

I used cycle tyre levers instead of pry tools to ease the panels off, they did the job, if you don't have special tools use those .
