Is it easy? Can someone tell me before I start how the popper fixings work? Does something go inside these poppers or do these poppers go inside a hole on the door?

I took the photo after the person had removed the panel and from what I remember it was easy, they are normal pressure clips. From the photo I imagine that those (highlighted) are the holes where the clips are inserted...
