So wanted to do a quick review on the new mpss that I mounted to the car.
Sizes were 225/40/18 Fronts
255/35/19 rears
These are wrapped around the Titan ts5 rims.
Initial impressions
This setup is a lot lighter then the stock setup, I had the phone dial wheels. It so much lighter that at a stand still it so much easier the move the wheel. Like night and day difference. I haven't done official weight testing but you can tell right away. Even mounting the tires I was shocked at how much lighter they were. Kudos for Titan on making such a great wheel.
Ride
The ride is unbelievable actually compared to the stock tires. When driving yesterday it was around 50 degrees here in NJ and the rears just gripped. I mean gripped and the steering wheel had so much more feel to it at higher speeds gave me a lot more confidence on what the car was going to do and what it wanted to do. Out of the corners obviously on regular roads the car just dove in and the side walls are so stiff compared to pzeros that the car never got unsettled very impressive.
Wear
No clue yet
Overall
Please anyone who has a 4c upgrade right away the car is just so Much more enjoyable. You guys owe it to yourselves just night and day difference. Always had mpss on all my cars and and will continue so. Next will go with 4s as all I've heard is they are better then the pss in ever category.
