I've come to trust the UK's premier 4C sales specialist recently and he gets GT4s in quite often. Having driven one, the long gearing is the only thing which frustrates me. The rest of the car is stunning, in my opinion, as clinical as it is. He agrees and thinks it'd be perfect given how I enjoy my cars.

I'm not in a financial position to deal with how ruinously expensive a 570 could be if it goes wrong, whereas most GT4s have extended warranties from Porsche...
Have you ever noticed that it seems every 570 for sale has a note something to the effect of.....$25,000 "something fix or service" done recently ?馃槚

I certainly won鈥檛 be supporting any of the companies involved in your poor experience acp. Just personal choice. Hopefully you鈥檒l get a positive response eventually but really, this is ridiculous.

For such a high end and expensive product i would expect very good support and perfect handling of problems and reliability issues.

So, I'm told the car is on a standard ride, on click 6 of the 12 available (soft to hard).

I wouldn't bother asking me what that means, cos I don't have a scooby. All I can opine upon is how it feels - something I have hopefully already adequately conveyed.

Cheers,
Hedge

I'm sorry - i've got confused between Novitec and Nitron.
Nitron is very expensive and high end - the poster APC was mention his bad experience with Novitec - which is basically moded KW.
I personally had quite a few emails with Novitec and they answered promptly and elaborately.

Anything concerning a product failure, though? Everyone appears nice until something goes wrong. That鈥檚 when you find out who you鈥檙e dealing with, either fortunately or unfortunately.

No, at my case it was only about information/clarification/consulting.
Had no issues with the product.
In the past though i've seen quite few cases of KW's leaking from the top shaft.
Can't say if during recent years they fixed this issue.
Warranty wise KW give locally 1 year - so it wasn't helpful after 2-3 years when leak started.
In USA i think KW gives much longer warranty.
I'm elaborating about KW because Novitec uses KW struts.
