RE71-RS?
Give us a review when you've been out on them!
I mourn the demise of the previous generation and am still looking for its replacement.
I thought these were directional and had an "outside" though, no? Didn't look like it from the photos.

Thanks. DUH. Proxes, not Potenza. I think I need to go back to bed.
Nice tires - I killed what remained of Tallinn's set which came on the rims he sold me years ago. They don't last long (heat cycle out) and aren't stellar in wet, but on hot dry asphalt they are some sticky!

Finally installed the Sector 111 exhaust and wow so much better truly amazing. The old exhaust as you can see was some custom muffler shop job and I will say pretty well done but looked crappy with the silly carbon fiber tips and droned something fierce.
The car sounds way better much more exotic sounding while still being aggressive but deeper and more refined.

My brother-in-law bought himself a WRX and wanted to go for morning drive. I took my younger son in the 4C and my b-i-l took my wife and elder son up to Colo Heights then back to the Riverside for breakfast. Those esses between the river and heights would rank as one the best, period. Another lovely run. Then it was out to South Maroota. About 200km driven all up. Swapped passengers with my elder son on the homeward leg. A lovely morning with the family.

2006 STi WRX on my wanted list.
The CVT on the new one is ? and the styling a little questionable, and the STi is officially dead :(
Did you drive it? @Alfanut
No, I’ve been in it (in the test drive demo car) and it goes like stink. Not as quick as the 4C is my gut feeling. My BiL bought a manual. I drove the new BRZ when he was at the dealership buying the WRX. THAT is a lovely thing. Pedal placement for heel and toe down changes is brilliant. Very torquey for NA engine. 25Trbo has one. I know why.
