Wiring run help

My Android rear view "mirror" arrived. I have a rear view camera to mount on the rear glass, on the inside looking out, behind the car.
The wire to it has to go back to the mirror on the screen.

just want a heads up for what I'm going to have to take off to fish it through. I'm thinking bring the wire down, under and in at the pedals? then up the a pillar and along behind the sun visor?
How hard is it to get it through to the pedals? from the engine bay? I'm doing it tomorrow on my own with nothing more than ramps to reverse it up to get some room under. Any tips appreciated.

Well that was easy! I just ran it from in the engine compartment in the thin the gap between the rear quarter panel and the roof, to the door frame, under the seal, along tucked behind the seal to the internal A pillar, and along to the mirror

I wonder how different the Spider is. I have a similar mirror sitting in my garage ready to be installed.
