The difference in height generated by the tires is minimal.
It's important how you set the suspension and if it allows you to go with the same ride height as oem.

 

The 215/245 PSS will raise the car only about 2/10" and actually make the speedometer closer to correct speed. I have that combo on my stock 18/19" phone dial wheels. Much better than the PZeros for tramming. They are what the car should have come with. Visually not much difference than original tires as far as filling wheelwells, etc. You may want to try 1# less air front and rear than the stock settings since they have more volume than stock thus a bit less air pressure is correct. That would be cold temperatures.
