Those cars have been talked about on the Forum before. Both of them are not really 4Cs as we know them. They do have the CF tub as far as I know but everything else is non-stock. One has a V8 JUDD NA race engine (English source) that is used in Formula 3 cars. The other is a turbo 4 cylinder but again not an ALFA. The bodies resemble a 4C but if you look carefully it is vastly different than the stock version and all panels are carbon fiber. The suspension is more like a F-1 car....very advanced. That being said they are very fast and among the fastest hill climb cars in Europe. As I recall the turbo 4 was the faster car slightly.
I recall that one of the cars had some team member commenting about the car once here on the Forum.
You may be familiar with NASCAR stock cars which today have little in common with the actual cars they represent....more of a "funny car". Tube frames, light fiberglass and carbon fiber bodies, and big horsepower. Oh....and those drivers have spectacular skill and huge cahones. If you go to Youtube and look for Hillclimb Monsters you will see a lot of these cars.
