Weird upshifts..

Looking for input on this issue.
2018 Spider.. 20k miles
Had the car a few months and it started out stock,but now it's EC Tuned,level 2.
CA intake.
Even when I first got it,it did this but I thought it was my fault. It still does it and I'm sure it's not me causing it.
Under full power from a standing start it takes 2nd good but when you shift to 3rd.. it almost instantly goes to 4th.. on it's own. Normal acceleration is perfect.
Does not matter what drive mode it's in.
Anyone experienced this issue?

No, manual mode. 2nd to 6k rpm..shift to 3rd,stays in 3rd maybe 1-2 seconds,then upshifts to 4th on its own. Loses all forward drive due to out of boost.

So does it operate normally in auto, holding third while accelerating hard? What mode are you in? Natural or dynamic or does it do it in both? Have you swapped back the oem tune to see if the same thing happens?

Well, I finally did some testing. It seems that in auto N or auto D it shifts fine. Only when I'm in manual does it shift from 3rd to 4th almost instantly after taking 3rd gear. I'm taking it into work tomorrow and see if it has any updates to the TCM available.

Make sure you have enough hydraulic fluid in the shift reservoir bottle...
