And here's this cutest little 4C contender.

Side profile isn't very pleasing. The 4c has it blown away in the exterior / curb appeal.

But, the interior is far far better, TOGGLE SWITCHES!!
Looks to be decent amount of storage space too.

Hopefully the engine is more Nissan and less Renault.

The concept is amazing looking.

Doubt it'll ever make it to the US though :/
You europeans get all the fun.

Yep. My wife drove a Megane before her present Honda Civic. Great engine but abysmal electrics. It went though two sets of ignition coils, a handbrake switch that prevents you from starting the thing without the handbrake engaged, and various other switches, all within 120,000km. Sounds like another brand of car many of us here have had past experience with. Now, my 16 year old 147 with Bosch electrics has been faultless in this regard (touch wood). I hope the Alpine has German or Japanese electrics for the sake of the owners sanity.

I don't plan on getting rid of my 4cLE anytime soon (will continue using and enjoying EuroCompulsion Products). Still think that the Lotus Exige/Elise and the new A110 have a better rear suspension than the 4c.
Unfortunately, you are probably right in not expecting to see the new A110 officially in the US for at least three years.
I am old enough to have owned two A110s which were rear engine and not mid-engine. We used to swap racing Renault and Gordini engines in and out for track testing.
Will just have to have one if it ever makes it to this country, Infiniti/Nissan could use a Halo Car like Alfa Romeo did

i agree with Rick R although it seems late to the party. it seems to be a "tweener" in design, interior and mechanicals between the 4C and Cayman. i too wish the Alpine the best but the market is already pretty weak with sales of the 4C and Porsche coming in ligher than expected

Interesting design. I'm not that enamored by the exterior, especially the back half. Do like the interior! Solid looking toggle switches, nice looking seats, and clean displays. What I think is a little strange is that they have a firewall window right behind the seats, just like the 4C, but then don't show the engine off...

On a side note, I think that the compromises that these cars make is just a little strange. Give the car more luggage space, nice interior, but then put in race bucket seats? On the other hand, the 4C puts in a minimalist interior and excellent driving performance that just beg to be on the track, but put in non-track seats.... I think Porsche has done the best on GT type cars, decent/good performance, nice interior, and works for most peoples driving style.
